Habitat Copper Pines project complete

SETTLE — Habitat for Humanity's Copper Pines project, at 7750 28th Ave. N.W., is complete.

The development, which is on land donated by the city as part of former Mayor Jenny Durkan's Housing Seattle Now Initiative, consists of seven 1,200-square-foot, three-story, three-bedroom, two-bath townhomes. The houses are certified to Evergreen Sustainable Development standards.
