In Redmond, Deacon Construction hired Alex Bozhko and Steven Pearce as superintendents; Josh Boyd, Kyle Montzheimer and Austin Shope as project engineers; and Brandon Jason as project assistant. Bozhko has over 15 years of industry experience and hands-on skills from his own company in project management. Pearce has over 17 years of industry experience, including demolition and safety management. Along with his work as superintendent, he is also warehouse manager. Boyd recently graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor's degree in construction management, and has worked as a carpenter and labor. Montzheimer comes from DCI Engineers. He has over five years of experience and a hold's a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Washington State University. Shope comes from OMA Construction and Graham Contracting. He has over eight years of industry experience and a background in architecture. Jason joined Deacon as a temp to help with administrative tasks and is now a permanent employee.
