Fengate-PCL venture wins contract for new courthouse in Oregon City

The new courthouse will be built in Clackamas County’s existing Red Soils Campus in Oregon City.

In Oregon, Clackamas County selected Fengate PCL Progress Partners to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a new courthouse through a public-private partnership. The county's project website pegs the total cost at $189 million, though an article this month in The Oregonian said the cost had ballooned to $313 million.
