Think twice before placing concrete in hot weather

Placing and finishing concrete in hot weather can negatively impact its durability and strength.

Ready-mix supplier Glacier Northwest sent an email this week alerting its customers of some possible issues with concrete placement as a string of extraordinary hot days continues in the Pacific Northwest.
