New elevators will be finishing touch for Space Needle

The elevators were last replaced in 1993.

Coming off the extensive $100 million Century Project renovation that mostly wrapped up in 2019, Space Needle LLC has filed a pre-application with the city of Seattle to modernize the landmark's elevator system. The Space Needle is at 400 Broad St. in the Seattle Center.
