RLB report: Seattle saw biggest jump in US construction costs

Construction costs in Seattle jumped 11.28% over the past year ending in April.

Seattle topped 11 other major metropolitan areas in the U.S. for yearly construction cost increases, according to a quarterly report released yesterday by construction consultant Rider Levett Bucknall. The report includes data to April.
