Clark awarded GC/CM contract for forensic hospital at Western State

The new hospital will have 350 beds in 560,000 square feet of space.

The state has awarded the contract for a new forensic mental health care facility at Western State Hospital to Clark Construction Group. The project is using the general contractor/construction management process, and has a maximum allowable construction cost of $408 million.
