The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association Foundation awarded five $5,000 college scholarships to future transportation leaders. The scholarships are for those pursing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a transportation-related field of study. This year, Jasmine Platt from Boise, Idaho, was one of the recipients. Platt is studying for a doctoral degree in public policy and administration at Boise State University. The IBTTA Foundation is the educational and charitable arm of the worldwide association for the owners and operators of toll facilities and the businesses that serve them.
