Aegis releases new details about its 92-unit Ballard senior living community

The project will be called Aegis Living Ballard.

Work is underway at Aegis Living’s senior living project at 943 N.W. Market St. in Ballard. When complete, the community will have 92 apartments for senior assisted-living and memory care residents and an array of amenities. These include dining facilities, a movie theater, activity rooms, a wellness suite and community rooftop space. There will also be business offices and one level of underground parking with 39 stalls.
