2 Northwest projects win national tax credit awards

The Ridpath Club Apartments in Spokane won the Historic Preservation category.

Two projects east of the Cascades have won 2022 Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards, which recognize affordable housing developments and organizations across the nation that have shown impactful use of the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. The annual program is produced by the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition.
