Seattle area-based Transblue recently held its first annual convention in San Diego, where the company honored top-performing franchisees in its nationwide network. Among those recognized for their accomplishments as Transblue operators were Tim and Monica Lyon, owners of Ballard and Bellevue locations. The husband-and-wife duo took home several awards, including Franchise of the Year, the Transblue Navigator Award, and the Core Value “For Each Other” award. The Lyons led the system as top sales producer with $5.9 million in revenue in only their third year in business. Other local franchisees winning awards were Zach Simms of Spokane, the Brand Promise Award; and Mark Wilson of Tacoma, the Core Value “Have Grit” award. Transblue provides construction management services and specializes in residential, commercial, multifamily and government projects.
