$17.3M warehouse for Spokane Valley

The warehouse and distribution center will have 192,000 square feet of space.

Panattoni Development Co. and PCCP LLC are planning to build a 192,000-square-foot warehouse at 17710 E. Euclid Ave. in Spokane Valley. The developers recently received building permit approval for the project, which is called the Green Acres Distribution Center.
