City to upgrade freight movement, bike/walk safety on Marginal Way

The north segment covers the roadway between South Spokane Street and South Atlantic Street.

In an effort to boost freight mobility and safety for cyclists and pedestrians, the city of Seattle is about to undertake a three-phase project that will improve the East Marginal Way South corridor from South Atlantic Street near the stadiums all the way down to First Avenue South in Georgetown.
