Tacoma-based Colvos Construction promoted Sara Smith from accounting manager to controller, a newly created position; Casey Angeline from senior project engineer to project manager; Brian Page from project engineer to senior project engineer; and Michael Stuthers from assistant superintendent to superintendent. Smith has been with the company since 2017. In her new role, she overseas all billing, administrative, human resources and operations activities. Angeline started as a project engineer with Colvos in 2020. Page began at Colvos as an intern while attending Central Washington University and started as a full-time employee in 2019. Stuthers joined the company in 2021 and has 24 years of construction experience. Colvos says it prioritizes promoting staff from within. It specializes in hospitality, multifamily, office, health care and tenant improvement projects throughout Puget Sound.
