Graham gets $234M contract to build I-405 Kirkland interchange

The new interchange will have three levels, with the top carrying both directions of I-405 traffic.

Graham Contracting has won a $234.4 million design-build contract from the state Department of Transportation to build a new interchange and inline BRT (bus rapid transit) station on Interstate 405 in Kirkland. The interchange will connect to Northeast 85th Street.
