Skanska to start 31-story Belltown tower next month

Kaye will stand 31 stories tall with 324 apartment units.

Skanska says it will start its $296 million Kaye apartment tower next month at 2208 Fourth Ave. in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. Skanska is both the builder and developer of the project.
