Hensel Phelps promoted Scott Bills, DBIA, LEED AP, to vice president and district manager of the Pacific Northwest Region. Bills holds a bachelor's degree in technology management from Utah Valley University, and began his career with Hensel Phelps in 2000 as a field engineer in Sacramento, California. Since then, he has risen through the ranks and provided executive leadership on projects for clients including the Port of Seattle, Sound Transit, General Services Administration, Tacoma Public Schools and the University of Washington. The company also promoted Seth Stenerodden to project superintendent and brought on Haniyyah Madyun as a senior estimator in the Pacific Northwest office. Stenerodden joined the company in 2020 as an area superintendent for the Port of Seattle's North Concourse modernization project. He has 16 years of construction industry experience. Madyun began her career with Hensel Phelps in 2005 in the Mid-Atlantic office as an intern. Her background includes conceptual estimating on highly technical alternative delivery method projects.
