Bellevue-based Rafn Co. hired Rodney Campbell as a senior superintendent and Darcy Tsujikawa as a project manager. Campbell has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry in various trades, advancing through the carpenter and superintendent ranks. He was worked as a superintendent on large apartment buildings, hotels, schools, bank branches and Class A office complexes. Tsujikawa has over 30 years of construction experience, the last 15 as a project manager, in commercial and retail tenant improvement projects in Washington and California. Past projects have included high-end fashion boutiques, salons, restaurants, offices and retail.
