Cornerstone to build $135M Evergreen High replacement

The new Evergreen High School campus will have two main buildings connected by an elevated pedestrian walkway.

Highline School District has awarded a $135 million general contractor/construction manager contract to Cornerstone General Contractors for the Evergreen High School replacement project. That contract will need approval by the school board, which is expected to vote on it today.
