Seattle area among strongest nationwide for construction jobs

Crews with Hoffman Construction are busy building the $70 million Overlook Walk project, which will connect Pike Place Market to the waterfront in 2025.

The Seattle-Bellevue-Everett area added the third highest number of construction jobs across the country over the year ending in December, according to an analysis by the Associated General Contractors of America of new government employment data.
