Another building tops out in the Spring District

Members of the project team gathered to celebrate the topping out.

Celebrations were held last week as Wright Runstad & Company and Shorenstein Real Estate topped out their Block 5 building at 1646 123rd Ave. N.E. in Bellevue's growing Spring District. Crews from Turner Construction placed the final piece of structural steel at the top of the 11-story project to cheers from those watching below.
