JTM removes tower crane from The Jack near the waterfront

Crews are now working on the building’s facade and interior details.

What a difference a year makes. JTM Construction a year ago was struggling to get concrete to The Jack office building project as the countywide concrete strike by Teamsters Local 174 dragged on. Fast forward to last weekend and crews were removing the tower crane that had stood at the site since late October of 2021.
