Grant County seeks design-build team for $163M service center

Grant County Public Utilities District is looking to hire a design-build team for a new regional service center in Ephrata.

The center will replace PUD's existing Ephrata Service Center which the district says has reached the end of its useful service life and possesses inadequacies that cannot be mitigated with facility renovations or upgrades.
