Port seeks general contractor to widen expressway into airport

The expressway will be widened by two lanes to create a six-lane roadway.

The Port of Seattle expects to open construction bids next month for a project that will widen the southbound lanes of the Northern Airport Expressway that flows into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The project's estimated cost is $30 million-$60 million.
