In its Seattle/Washington Buildings Northwest Group, Graham Construction promoted Michael Webster to chief estimator and David Westmoreland to estimate manager. Webster is now responsible for all estimating functions in both Seattle and Spokane. He continues to refine the estimating costing database, oversee the development of subcontractor/supplier outreach, and align estimating efforts with the preconstruction services of Graham. Westmoreland is focusing on directing clients through the process of converting from schematic to ready-for-construction status, while offering constructive advice and options that allow their projects to be financially feasible. Graham says Westmoreland has a talent for teaching and will take an active role in the career development and mentorship of junior staff.
