Concord Pacific rises at 2300 Sixth

SEATTLE — There are two rival high-rise projects on the same block in the Denny Triangle. Onni Group's east site is still dormant. The west site, at 2300 Sixth Ave., is where Concord Pacific began digging during the pandemic, then paused for a long time before restarting in the fall of last year. Its in-house builder, Centreville Construction, also put up a crane last fall.

Now that the vast underground parking garage has been stabilized with decks, stairs, steel, elevator cores, etc., the mixed-use project is now poking above grade.
