RLB report: Construction cost spikes are ebbing in Seattle

Seattle’s quarterly cost index has been trending down since October.

Construction cost increases for projects in the Seattle area were among the highest of 12 cities across the U.S. over the past year ending in April, but the short-term trend was more encouraging. That's according to the second quarter construction cost report recently released by consultant Rider Levett Bucknall.
