Port determines that T-91 project won't need an EIS

The uplands portion of T-91 would be developed in two phases, with up to 460,000 square feet of new buildings.

The Port of Seattle has issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for the redevelopment of the uplands portion of Terminal 91 in the Interbay neighborhood. The nearly 21-acre site is at 2001 W. Garfield St.
