Allied awarded $99M contract to rehab Kirkland apartment complex

Allied Construction Associates will renovate 24 apartment buildings and construct two new buildings.

King County Housing Authority has awarded a $99.07 million contract to Allied Construction Associates for a major renovation and addition to Kirkland Heights Apartments. The complex is in the Totem Lake area of Kirkland, at 13310 N.E. 133rd St.
