Light rail repairs will stymie commutes in SoDo, downtown

The track elevation near Stadium Station has sunk due to underlaying soil conditions. Crews will level the grade and replace the rail in this area.

The coming weeks could be tough for riders of Link light rail in and south of downtown Seattle, as Sound Transit has scheduled track maintenance/repair projects that will result in disruptions to service from mid-August to mid-September.
