86 units of affordable housing top out in the Central District

Good Shepherd Housing is co-developed by the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and LIHI.

The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and the Low Income Housing Institute are celebrating the recent topping out of the Good Shepherd Housing building at 1415 22nd Ave. in Seattle's Central District. The duo is co-developing the project on land owned by the church and leased to LIHI.
