Scarsella team in line for $170M Wenatchee parkway job

The Confluence Parkway project will create a 2.5-mile north-south bypass route that includes a new bridge over the Wenatchee River.

A joint venture consisting of Kraemer North America and Scarsella Brothers will negotiate with the city of Wenatchee for a progressive design-build contract to build a 2.5-mile north-south highway bypass route.
