City seeks bids for $25M Northgate fire station

The new station will be 22,000 gross square feet over three stories.

The city of Seattle is now seeking bids for the replacement of Fire Station 31, slated for a new site at 11302 Meridian Ave. N. in the Northgate neighborhood. The existing Station 31 at 1319 N. Northgate Way was closed in 2019 due to unhealthy building conditions and obsolescence.
