Garco has low bid for CWU's $80M academic complex

Central Washington University opened bids on Tuesday for its planned $79.9 million North Academic Complex on its Ellensburg campus. Of the four bidders, Spokane's Garco Construction was the lowest, at $71.05 million for the base bid.
