Granite Construction gets $25M in additional work at Denali Park

Granite crews constructed a temporary route to a reasonably traversable condition. This allowed NPS maintenance crews and landholders access to the 45 miles of park road and private properties beyond the slide for the first time since 2021.

Granite Construction earlier this year was awarded a potential $100 million construction manager/general contractor job to build a bridge over an active landslide inside Alaska's Denali National Park. Now, the Federal Highway Administration has awarded Granite three contract options valued at $24.59 million.
