88-unit senior housing project breaks ground in Tacoma

The community should open in 2024.

Nonprofit the Korean Women's Association (KWA) has broken ground on a new affordable housing apartment project in Tacoma. The building, located at 1353 Tacoma Ave. S., will bring 88 units of “deeply affordable” housing for seniors to the city's downtown.
