In Bothell, Cornerstone General Contractors promoted Max Anderson to chief estimator. Cornerstone says Anderson has been a major contributor to its growth since joining the firm in 2009. One of his most recent contributions was securing the opportunity to construct Hilltop Heritage Elementary School in Renton — the region's first elementary school with mass timber as its primary structural system. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Washington's construction management program, and is an Associate DBIA and certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Cornerstone provides preconstruction services and construction management for public and private projects.
