Ritzy high-rise hotel to open on Halloween in downtown Portland

Ritz-Carlton’s hotel rooms take up floors eight to 18 in the new Block 216 building.

Several Portland-area news outlets report that the new five-star Ritz-Carlton hotel in downtown will open on Halloween. Indeed, a check of the hotel's room reservation system shows availability starting on that date.
