He will support business group leaders and sales teams, driving innovation and fostering key client and partner relationships. Schumacher has expertise in sales strategy development, market research, data analytics and operational efficiencies — all while working for prominent construction and development organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Hermanson, a full-service mechanical contractor, has additional offices in Seattle, Redmond and Oregon.
