Northwest Kidney Centers tops out $50M Seattle clinic

The center is rising among other projects in the Yesler Terrace community.

Northwest Kidney Centers yesterday topped out its $50 million Seattle clinic at 715 Alder St. in the Yesler Terrace community, adjacent to Harborview Medical Center. The ceremony marked the placement of the last beam atop the 68,300-square-foot structural steel and concrete building.
