Colvos Construction

Davis

In Tacoma, Colvos Construction hired Mike Davis as preconstruction manager. Davis comes off a recent nine-year stint at Swinerton Management and Consulting, where he focused on equity capital for multifamily housing, independent-living, assisted-living, memory care and workforce housing projects. His responsibilities encompassed due diligence, feasibility studies, site analysis and construction schedule analysis. His role also involved business development, building client relationships and establishing strategic partnerships. Prior to that, Davis spent a decade at Swinerton Builders, working on commercial tenant improvements, high-tech design-builds, high-rise offices, multifamily high-rises and tribal construction. He is a Design-Build Institute of America Professional.
