Lewis-Mithun team nabs $225M school design-build contract

The Lake Washington School District awarded a progressive design-build contract to a team led by general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis and architect Mithun for new facilities at two middle school campuses and one high school campus. The conceptual project budget is $225 million.
