Spee West in line for $27M fire station

The replacement Fire Station 31 will have a mural designed by local artist Damon Brown.

The city of Seattle has issued a notice of intent to award a $26.75 million contract to Spee West Construction Co. for the new Fire Station 31, at 11302 Meridian Ave. N. in the Northgate neighborhood.
