Foushee to build Eastgate addition for Michael's

The Dairy Queen is doomed, but the car dealer will gain a prominent new building.

At the Michael's auto dealerships in Bellevue, plans have been brewing for well over a year to demolish some of the old complex, then put up a new two-story addition for Subaru sales and service. The proposal at 3080 148th Ave. S.E. recently entered design review, with Lance Mueller & Associates as the architect.
