Imco has low bid for $40M Everett replacement bridge

Early bridge designs include gateway elements marking the cities of Everett and Mukilteo.

Following what the city of Everett called “an error in the bidding process” in an August update for the replacement Edgewater Bridge, the city this week opened bids a second time for the project. The lowest bidder for the latest round was Imco General Construction, at $25 million.
