98 Tacoma units could be yours to build

The site is near Lincoln Park, south of the freeway and downtown.

Plans emerged this spring for a six-story, 98-unit apartment project in Tacoma. Now the project at 3718 Pacific Ave. is for sale, with an asking price of $3.2 million. The listing from Mogharebi Group popped up last week, with Ryan Kidwell as the broker.
