I-5 traffic shift to begin near Fife, closures planned

  • WSDOT to shift lanes and remove orange lane striping as Hylebos Creek bridge construction progresses.

    The traffic shift also marks the end of a pilot project testing orange contrast lane striping through the work zone.

    Southbound drivers on the Fife curve tonight may notice a lane shift to the left toward the median, and drivers can expect lane closures and rolling slowdowns.
