94 U District units gradually take shape

SEATTLE — An administrative design review is coming soon for a 94-unit SEDU plan in the Greek Row area near the University of Washington. A total project size of some 31,841 square feet includes no parking. Tenants would have a bike room at grade, presumably with 94 stalls.
