SEATTLE — An administrative design review is coming soon for a 94-unit SEDU plan in the Greek Row area near the University of Washington. A local investor plans to raze the vacant former Sigma Phi Epsilon house, at 4637 21st Ave. N.E., and is working with Veer Architecture on the five-story project.
A total project size of some 31,841 square feet includes no parking. Tenants would have a bike room at grade, presumably with 94 stalls.
