92 Greenwood units planned

SEATTLE — Two neighboring parcels at 9240 Greenwood Ave. N. appear to be on the market, and a prospective buyer has filed an early apartment plan. Windermere looks to be the broker for a small commercial building and eight-unit apartment building.

The new plan, from Neiman Taber Architects, calls for 92 units in what would probably be a five- or six-story building. The midblock site is zoned up to 55 feet. It offers 17,716 square feet.
