$225M contract out for county's Elliott treatment station upgrade

The existing station along Elliott Avenue West has been operating since 2005.

A big project for the King County Wastewater Treatment Division is now out for proposals, with an estimated $4.3 million preconstruction contract and $221 million construction contract for a general contractor/construction manager.
